FK Command Center is a decision-support tool, not professional tax or financial advice. Every number this product produces is an estimate, generated from the inputs you provide and the publicly-available rules current as of the date in the footer of each calculator. A qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or tax attorney is the only source of advice you should rely on when filing returns, claiming deductions, structuring a business entity, or making material financial decisions about your Turo fleet.

What this product is

FK Command Center is a software-as-a-service application that models the cash flow, tax, and operational economics of a Turo car-sharing host business. It includes calculators for depreciation strategy (Bonus, Section 179, MACRS), Self-Employment tax, S-Corporation election analysis, quarterly estimated tax pacing, fleet acquisition decision support, profit-and-loss reporting, mileage and maintenance tracking, and other operational tools.

The calculators apply IRS rules in effect at the time the rule was added to the product. Tax law changes — sometimes mid-year, sometimes retroactively. Always confirm the current-year figures against the most recent IRS publications or with your CPA.

What this product is NOT

About the math

Calculators are built from a combination of published IRS Revenue Procedures, the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), the One Big Beautiful Budget Act (OBBBA, 2025), CPA-vetted operational practice, and the founder's direct experience operating a Turo fleet of 22 vehicles. Where the product applies an approximation (for example, the federal bracket integration uses MFJ / Single / HoH tables and does not model the §199A SSTB phaseout or the 0.9% Additional Medicare surtax), the calculator's in-app help text or footnote calls that out explicitly.

If a number on your screen disagrees with what your CPA tells you, your CPA wins. Email [email protected] with the specific discrepancy and we will either fix the calculator or document the assumption that produced the difference.

Tax-year assumptions

FK Command Center supports tax years 2024, 2025, and 2026. Calculators read the active tax year from the in-app selector. The Social Security wage base, standard deduction, §179 limits, Bonus depreciation rates, and federal income tax brackets are all year-keyed and update automatically. State tax brackets are integrated for California, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Hawaii, and Minnesota; other states fall back to a flat top-rate approximation that may understate savings by zero to five percent for filers below the top bracket.

CPA Handoff packets

The CPA Handoff package generator produces a read-only, time-limited URL containing your tax-year summary, depreciation schedule, mileage log, and itemized expense list. The packet is intended as a starting point for your CPA — it is not a substitute for source documents (1099-K, settlement statements, repair invoices, insurance receipts) that your CPA will request directly from you.

Data sharing with AI providers

The Ask FK natural-language assistant sends a snapshot of your business data to a third-party large-language-model provider (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, depending on configuration) with each question. Do not include any information in your Ask FK questions that you would not be comfortable sending to a third party. Your data is not used to train the underlying model under the provider's enterprise terms.
