Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-11 · Operated by Firstkontak Consulting Inc., 5426 Zeil Place, San Diego, CA 92105

By using FK Command Center, you agree to these terms. They're short and direct because that's how a real-software company should write them.

The product

FK Command Center is a software tool for Turo car-sharing hosts to manage fleet operations, calculate taxes, track claims, and analyze acquisition decisions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Turo Inc.

Plans + billing

Not tax, legal, or financial advice

Important: FK Command Center provides calculators, projections, and educational tools. None of it is tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or accounting advice. The numbers it produces are estimates based on inputs you provide and assumptions about tax law that may change. Before making any decision based on FK Command Center's outputs — buying a vehicle, electing S-Corp, contributing to a Solo 401(k), filing a tax return — consult a licensed CPA, attorney, or financial advisor.

Tax laws referenced (OBBBA 2026, MACRS, Section 179, QBI, Schedule C, etc.) reflect our understanding as of the "Last updated" date. They can and do change. Your specific tax situation may not match the assumptions baked into the calculators.

Your responsibilities

What we owe you

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firstkontak Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FK Command Center. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

If FK Command Center produces an incorrect calculation and you act on it without verifying with a professional, the responsibility for that decision is yours. We'll fix the bug; we won't cover the IRS penalty.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing support. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms (abuse, fraud, attempts to compromise other users) — with a refund of any unused portion of your current billing period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes

We'll update the "Last updated" date when we change material terms. Significant changes will be announced by email to active license holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
