Terms of Service
By using FK Command Center, you agree to these terms. They're short and direct because that's how a real-software company should write them.
The product
FK Command Center is a software tool for Turo car-sharing hosts to manage fleet operations, calculate taxes, track claims, and analyze acquisition decisions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Turo Inc.
Plans + billing
- Solo — free forever, with feature limits.
- Pro / Operator / Elite / Empire — billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
- Trials — 7-day Pro trial, no credit card required. At the end, the account converts back to Solo unless you upgrade.
- Refunds — within 7 days of a paid purchase, email [email protected] and we'll refund. Beyond 7 days, we evaluate case-by-case.
Not tax, legal, or financial advice
Tax laws referenced (OBBBA 2026, MACRS, Section 179, QBI, Schedule C, etc.) reflect our understanding as of the "Last updated" date. They can and do change. Your specific tax situation may not match the assumptions baked into the calculators.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your license key + account credentials private.
- Don't share your account with people outside your business.
- Don't attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service in ways that affect other users.
- Provide accurate data — the calculators are only as good as the inputs.
- File your own taxes — FK doesn't file anything on your behalf.
What we owe you
- Reasonable uptime (we target 99.5%+ but don't guarantee it).
- Honest pricing — we won't raise your locked-in annual rate mid-cycle.
- Data export at any time, no questions asked.
- Security practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firstkontak Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FK Command Center. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
If FK Command Center produces an incorrect calculation and you act on it without verifying with a professional, the responsibility for that decision is yours. We'll fix the bug; we won't cover the IRS penalty.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing support. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms (abuse, fraud, attempts to compromise other users) — with a refund of any unused portion of your current billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, California.
Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date when we change material terms. Significant changes will be announced by email to active license holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
